The demand of YCL to suspend Gopal Khadka, the Minister said - action is taken


The YCL youth organization, YCL, has demanded to suspend the executive director of Nepal Oil Corporation, Gopal Khadka. YCL Chairman Ram Prasad Sapkota, Deepshshhaja, said that the government should not take action against the road struggle and to seek legal treatment.


YCL has demanded the removal of workers and affiliated employees involved in the decision making process of land purchasing a memorandum to supply supply to Shiv Kumar Mandal on Sunday.

It is written in the statement of YCL, "Our organization expresses concern for the Chief Minister Gopal Khadka, including land purchase episode of Nepal Oil Corporation and other decisions in this regard. Therefore, the Honorable Minister will request the Hon'ble Minister to submit the process for legal action by promulgating all the personnel involved in the decision making process with the Chief Minister.

Understanding the memorandum, the Minister said that the guilty who will be guilty will be prosecuted according to law.
